These Terms govern your use of aimicroteams.com and services offered under the AI MicroTeams brand by Elena AI Agency LLC. By using the website, requesting information, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

AI MicroTeams provides business automation setup, customer communication, CRM, workflow, website, scheduling, and related consulting services. The exact scope, fees, timing, and support for paid work will be described in the applicable proposal, order form, or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or services unlawfully; send deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited communications; violate privacy, consumer-protection, telemarketing, or messaging laws; interfere with system security; or misuse another person’s data or identity.

Text Messaging Terms

When you voluntarily check a text-message consent box, you agree to receive the message types described next to that box from AI MicroTeams at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate information, lawful contact lists and consent, appropriate use of automations, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Customers remain responsible for their own services, workmanship, promises, and communications with their customers.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or acts of third-party providers.

No Guarantee

We work to improve responsiveness, consistency, and customer follow-up, but we do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, reviews, closing rates, or uninterrupted operation.

Intellectual Property

The website, branding, templates, copy, designs, and service materials are owned by AI MicroTeams, Elena AI Agency LLC, or their licensors unless otherwise stated. Customers retain ownership of their own content and data.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI MicroTeams and Elena AI Agency LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the applicable service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risks, or material violation of these Terms. Obligations that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida, unless a written customer agreement states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
